Using the
services of
an Egg Donor
is the
perfect
solution if
you have no
viable eggs
of your own
but are
still able
to carry a
pregnancy.
It is a
straight
forward
procedure
that has
been used by
many
thousands of
women
throughout
the world
with great
success.
| Our Egg
Donor
Program is
one of the
largest and
most
successful
in Thailand
and we
perform
hundreds of
donor cycles
every year.
In many
countries
including
the UK and
Australia,
paid
donation is
illegal and
considered
unethical.
It is
available in
the USA but
the costs
are
prohibitive
for the
average
person.
Thanks to
the
difference
in the cost
of living in
Thailand,
compared to
many other
countries,
the cost of
using an Egg
Donor at
ivfmiraclebaby
can be as
little as
one third of
the average
cost
overseas. |
 |
This cost
saving does
not arise
from ANY
compromise
in medical
care and Egg
Donor
screening.
How Egg
Donation
works
Egg Donation
is where
eggs are
retrieved
from a young
female
donor. Her
eggs are
then
fertilized
with the
sperm of the
partner of
the
recipient
woman and
the
resultant
embryo is
transferred
into the
womb of the
recipient.
The success
rate of this
procedure is
second only
to Surrogacy
and can be
as much as
60%.
People who
use our Egg
Donor
Program
If you are a
woman over
38 your
chances of
getting
pregnant
naturally
are
diminishing
rapidly.
Over 40 you
have reduced
to the point
where even
IVF has a
very low
success
rate. Most
women have
very few
viable eggs
as they
enter the
Peri
menopause
phase which
begins
around 40
and have no
viable eggs
once they
reach 45 so
the chance
of getting
pregnant
naturally,
or by IVF,
is virtually
non-existent.
Because your
age is not
as important
as that of
the Egg
Donor your
chances of
becoming
pregnant
using
donated eggs
is extremely
high. (The
oldest
woman, so
far, to
become
pregnant
using donor
eggs was 69
so age is
not really a
factor as
long as you
are healthy
and have no
medical
reason why
you cannot
carry a
pregnancy.)
For women in
more mature
age groups
using an Egg
Donor is an
extremely
attractive
and cost
effective
option to
enable you
to have your
own baby.
Egg Donation
can
particularly
help women
who have had
multiple
fertility
treatments
but have
been unable
to maintain
a pregnancy
using their
own eggs.
Our upper
age limit
for Egg
Donor
recipients
is 55.
An
Alternative
to Adoption
In many
countries,
couples over
the age of
40 can find
it extremely
difficult to
adopt due to
a variety of
reasons
including
government
regulations,
their age
and lack of
available
children to
adopt. For
these people
Egg Donation
is the
perfect
answer.
Particularly
as the age
requirements
for Egg
Donation are
more
flexible.
Cryopreservation
and Frozen
Embryo
Transfers
Our Egg
Donor
Program
includes the
option of
Cryopreservation
of any
unused
embryos
obtained
after a
successful
retrieval
cycle. The
storing of
frozen
embryos
allows us to
perform
subsequent,
and very
economical,
cycles since
their use in
a
frozen/thawed
embryo
transfer (FET)
is much less
involved and
less costly
than the
generation
of fresh
embryos
through a
new
retrieval
cycle.
However, the
success rate
with frozen
embryos,
though still
high, is
generally
less than
with fresh
embryo
transfers.
Guarantee
Policy
If your Egg
Donor
produces
less than 4
eggs in the
cycle you
have paid
for, we will
provide
another Egg
Donor, free
of charge.
(Please note
that you
will still
be required
to pay the
medical
costs for
the second
cycle.)
Liaison
with your
physician
Our Egg
Donation
Program has
a large
international
following,
with people
from Europe,
USA,
Australia,
New Zealand,
India,
Canada, the
Middle East
and China
routinely
visiting our
Bangkok
clinic. We
can also
liaise with
your doctor
to prepare
you for your
egg donation
cycle. This
keeps the
time you
have to
spend in
Thailand to
a minimum.
